A variation condition is imposed for the assessment of Module 5A: Assistance with SIL. The audit must be conducted as part of the provider?s mid-term audit which must commence no later than 18mths after the date of registration. A condition imposed under Section 73G of the NDIS Act in relation to the provision of support under 0107 Assistance with daily personal activities, for risk assessment of participants who choose to be supported in their home by a single worker. A condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of the Certification audit to be undertaken as part of the mid-term audit no later than 18 months after registration.
