A condition has been imposed, for providers of 0107 Assistance with daily personal activities, for risk assessment of participants who choose to be supported by a single worker. A condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of a Supplementary Module to be conducted three months after service delivery has commenced on the following classes of support: 110, 132, 2a.
