A variation condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of a Supplementary Module to be conducted three months after service delivery has commenced on the following classes of support: 2A A variation condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of Module 2 to be conducted 3 months after service delivery has commenced in class of support 0110. A variation condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of Module 1 to be conducted 3 months after service delivery has commenced in class of support 0104.
